Drexel Hill UMC is a growing and vital congregation in the Drexel Hill neighborhood of Upper Darby Township. Our worship is traditional (organ and choir), yet informal and everyone is welcome to come as they are. We serve our neighborhood through the Upper Darby Food Bank, Life Center Homeless Shelter, and through organizing with the First Suburbs Project. The church has been a Reconciling Congregation since 2000. Highlights of our year include an annual Fall Festival / Open House and a Spring AIDS Benefit Concert. The congregation also houses a nursery school and many community groups.
